A Day with the Orphans of Zion Worship Center

What an unforgettable day we spent with over 153 precious children at Zion Worship Center. From the moment we arrived, JOY filled the air. We came to bring gifts—soccer balls, basketballs, volleyballs, a wiggle ball set, and even American candy as a treat—but the truth is, they were the ones who gifted us. The joy they carried in the little they have was absolutely life-changing.
Not one child was left out. Every single one played, laughed, and was touched by the presence of Jesus that rests on this land of orphans who have found a Father in Him.
We walked through their garden where they grow all their food, saw chickens being raised, and many campfires burning to prepare meals for 153 children. To our surprise, we witnessed the older boys catch and prepare a porcupine—the first ever seen on this land in 10 years! And yes, we even tasted it… and it was delicious (somewhere between chicken and pork!).
Our team was deeply blessed, especially as we saw smiles light up the land when the children received new clothes and underwear thanks to the generosity of our USA church partners.
This was more than just a day of giving—it was a day of encountering Jesus in the laughter, smiles, and joy of children who reminded us of the richness of His Kingdom.
We INVITE you to partner with us as we continue answering the call to the nations. Your donation helps us carry the love of Jesus to the ends of the earth.
