RETREAT & EVENT POLICY

Payments & Deposits

All deposits and payments made toward retreats, conferences, mission trips, or ministry gatherings are considered voluntary contributions to Global Footprints Ministries.

These funds support:

• Venue costs

• Ministry preparation

• Sponsored attendees

• Operational expenses

 

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

There are no refunds for:

• Participant cancellation

• Failure to attend

• Personal emergencies

• Schedule conflicts

• Removal by leadership

All payments are final.

 

Free Retreats & Sponsored Events

Some events may be offered free of charge.

Global Footprints Ministries is not responsible for:

• Airfare

• Lodging

• Rental vehicles

• Travel expenses

• Personal costs

 

If a participant cancels or is removed by leadership, the Ministry is not responsible for refunding travel expenses.

 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Removal From Event

Global Footprints Ministries reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior:

• Is disruptive

• Is unsafe

• Violates ministry standards

• Causes division or harm

 

If removed:

• No refunds will be issued.

• Participant is responsible for their own travel arrangements.

DONATION POLICY

All donations made to Global Footprints Ministries are voluntary gifts and are non-refundable.

If a duplicate charge or processing error occurs, you must notify us within 7 days at info@globalfootprintsministries.com. Refund requests due to documented errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

501 (c)(3) STATUS DISCLOSURE

Global Footprints Ministries is currently operating as a faith-based ministry and is in the process of pursuing 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

 

At this time:

• Donations are not tax-deductible.

• Contributions are considered voluntary gifts to support ministry operations.

• We will notify supporters upon receiving official nonprofit designation.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

By attending any Ministry event, you acknowledge that photos, video, and audio recordings may be taken.

By participating, you grant Global Footprints Ministries a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your likeness for:

• Promotional materials

• Fundraising campaigns

• Educational materials

 

If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

 

Minors require parental or guardian consent.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you submit testimonials, comments, images, or other materials:

• You grant the Ministry permission to use, edit, publish, and distribute the content.

• You confirm your submission does not violate third-party rights.
