Cancellation Policy

Purpose of Ministry The purpose of this ministry is to provide biblical inner healing and deliverance through prayer, scripture, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. This ministry is not professional counseling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. It is a faith-based service designed to help participants walk in freedom, wholeness, and deeper intimacy with Jesus Christ. Participant Acknowledgements By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree that: 1. I am voluntarily requesting and participating in inner healing and deliverance ministry. 2. I understand the facilitators are Christian ministers and not licensed counselors, psychologists, or medical professionals. 3. I take full responsibility for my own emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being during and after ministry sessions. 4. I understand that ministry may address sensitive areas of my past, present, or personal struggles, which may cause temporary emotional discomfort. 5. I will not hold Global Footprints Ministries, its leaders, or volunteers liable for any perceived harm, injury, or misunderstanding resulting from this ministry. Release of Liability I release and forever discharge Global Footprints Ministries, its facilitators, leaders, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands of any kind—whether known or unknown—that may arise from or relate to my participation in this ministry. Confidentiality Agreement The facilitator agrees to keep all personal information shared during ministry sessions strictly confidential except in the following situations: • If I share information that indicates abuse or neglect of a minor, elder, or vulnerable adult. • If I express intent to harm myself or others. • If required by law or court order. Outside of these exceptions, my personal information will not be shared without my written consent. Any testimonies shared publicly will be used anonymously unless I give express permission to use my name. Ministry Boundaries • The facilitator will minister only within the boundaries of scripture and under the leading of the Holy Spirit. • This ministry does not replace regular discipleship, fellowship, or pastoral covering. • I am encouraged to remain in regular fellowship with a Bible-believing church. Consent to Prayer I give my permission to be prayed for and ministered to in the name of Jesus Christ.
